Due to the nature of how our items are either made-to-order or sample sale, refunds, exchanges and credit notes can not be issued, so please make sure you are certain before committing to your purchase.

We want to help you make the right choice. Ghost Orchid Bride is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the item/s you wish to purchase and can send additional photos upon request.

We advise that when buying sample sale items you do contact Ghost Orchid Bride directly to enquire about the condition of the item/s you wish to purchase. Some sample sale items may have signs of being worn.

Shipping:
All items will be sent using a tracked and signed for service. Shipping times can vary due to location and availability. This will be communicated to you at point of sale.
